i know, i know, i'm a design geek, and this video has a very, very limited audience of web-design geeks like me, but i know there are still a few of you out there... and it's just too good not to post (and it's actually pretty good advice, too.) ah, it's things like this that make me love teh internets, in a meta kind of way. :)
